Our 14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Money-Back
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will verify its integrity and "like-new" condition before restocking it. After this verification, the charged amount will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties and taxes will be borne by the customer, and any re-import duties on returned items incurred by Naga Watch Company Srl will be deducted from the refund where applicable.
